Aqua Aerobics/Aqua Tone
These outdoor water classes provide a safe, low-impact aerobic workout. The water's resistance aids in the strengthening and toning of all the major muscle groups while using kickboards, noodles, and other props for an entire body workout.
Aqua Yoga/Pilates
Practice your balance and flexibility in the water. An Aqua Aerobics class filled with lots of core strengthening exercises & a bit of zen.
Cardio Boot Camp
Firm up, slim down, and burn loads of calories in this high-intensity class that combines intervals of cardio and muscle conditioning drills.
Cardio Boxing
Get out your aggression and lose weight while perfecting technical boxing drills in a cardio enviornment.
Cardio Kick
A high impact cardio class that combines kickboxing techniques and boxing drills for a complete total body workout.
Cardio Muscle
A multi-activity, aerobic workout emphasizing resistance training of all major muscle groups.
Cardio Phunk
An hour long class designed for beginners to intermediate members. An energy packed cardio routine created to intermix a high intensity cardio workout with hip hop moves. You can dance your way to a sweat with this high energized class!
Cross Training
A full body workout that focuses on improving agility, coordination, functionality, flexability, rythym, speed, and stamina all while working on your mental focus! You are guaranteed to work up a sweat using unstable surfaces in multi-plane movements, along with strength loading to stretch and strengthen your body.
Cycling
All levels welcome. A customized cycling program designed to deliver one of the smoothest, and most
intense workouts available.
Legs, Butts, & Guts
A heart pumping workout where we tone all of the problem areas. Come slim those legs, scuplt those thighs, and tone your abs!
Mat Pilates
Increase your energy level, muscle tone and flexibility while improving posture and connecting the mind and body in this class.
This class emphasizes specific breathing techniques and precise muscle control to develop your body's core.
Pranayama & Meditation
Learn the ancient Yogic breathing techniques and how to quiet your mind in meditation. Beginners welcome.
Restorative Yoga
A very relaxing and healing therapeutic Yoga class. It is open to beginners and all levels of Yoga. This class will bring your body back into alignment as you ease your body into supported postures. This class is a great way to unwind and let go. Alana uses aromatherapy, affirmations, and Reiki in all of her classes.

Yoga For Your Back
Get rid of your back pain forever in this very healing Yoga class designed specifically to strengthen, stretch, and release all tension in your back and surrounding areas.
Yoga Level I
A beginning level of poses and breathing techniques are taught in this ancient form of movement that promotes balance, flexibility, strength and relaxation.
Yoga Level II
A dynamic yoga class that requires some previous yoga experience.
CLASS POLICIES
Please abide by the following policies so all Members can receive
and effective, safe and enjoyable workout:
- See your physician before beginning any strenous
exercise program
- Notify your instructor about injuries or health
conditions prior to class
- Do not enter the studio before the current class
is finished
- Be on time. Proper warm-up prevents injury. Please
do not enter the class if you are more than 10 minutes late.
- Refrain from wearing perfume or cologne to class
- Shirts must be worn at all times during class
- Return equipment to its proper place & wipe down
bikes and mats
- Water may be brought to class in an enclosed, unbreakable
water bottle.
- Use of a workout towel is recommended
