Aqua Aerobics/Aqua Tone
These outdoor water classes provide a safe, low-impact aerobic workout. The water's resistance aids in the strengthening and toning of all the major muscle groups while using kickboards, noodles, and other props for an entire body workout.
Cardio Boot Camp
Firm up, slim down, and burn loads of calories in this high-intensity class that combines intervals of cardio and muscle conditioning drills.
Cardio Kick
A high impact cardio class that combines kickboxing techniques and boxing drills for a complete total body workout.
Cardio Muscle
A multi-activity, aerobic workout emphasizing resistance training of all major muscle groups.
Cycling
All levels welcome. A customized cycling program designed to deliver one of the smoothest, and most
intense workouts available.
Mat Pilates
Increase your energy level, muscle tone and flexibility while improving posture and connecting the mind and body in this class.
This class emphasizes specific breathing techniques and precise muscle control to develop your body's core.
Restorative Yoga
A very relaxing and healing therapeutic Yoga class. It is open to beginners and all levels of Yoga. This class will bring your body back into alignment as you ease your body into supported postures. This class is a great way to unwind and let go. Alana uses aromatherapy, affirmations, and Reiki in all of her classes.
Yoga All Levels
A full mind, body, soul workout for beginners and veterans of Yoga.
Yoga Level I
A beginning level of poses and breathing techniques are taught in this ancient form of movement that promotes balance, flexibility, strength and relaxation.
Yoga Level II
A dynamic yoga class that requires some previous yoga experience.
CLASS POLICIES
Please abide by the following policies so all Members can receive
and effective, safe and enjoyable workout:
- See your physician before beginning any strenous
exercise program
- Notify your instructor about injuries or health
conditions prior to class
- Do not enter the studio before the current class
is finished
- Be on time. Proper warm-up prevents injury. Please
do not enter the class if you are more than 10 minutes late.
- Refrain from wearing perfume or cologne to class
- Shirts must be worn at all times during class
- Return equipment to its proper place & wipe down
bikes and mats
- Water may be brought to class in an enclosed, unbreakable
water bottle.
- Use of a workout towel is recommended
