Developed in the 1920's by Joseph Pilates,
this form of exercise has grown in popularity during the last 5 years.
The Pilates method of body conditioning focuses on the musculature of
the abdominal and lower back regions. Designed as a workout to complement
cardiovascular and resistance training, Pilates exercises promote core
strength, develop muscle elasticity, and increase joint mobility.
Our one-on-one or semi-private instructional sessions are developed by
our experienced instructor to focus on the needs of your individual goals.
Our studio includes the Allegro Reformer, a unique exercise machine that
enables the instructor to design Pilates-based exercise programs for all
ages and exercise abilities.

Private Training privileges are extended to Members only.
